For Navigation of HTML Documents:

After you click on the link to the HTML version of the documents, you will need to scroll down to the Table of Contents. As you scroll to the table of contents, you will be able to click on links to go to a specific section in the text which is noted by a blue hyperlink. After visiting one of the sections, just press the back button on your browser to return to the Table of Contents. You may also find certain keywords in the text by using the "Find" function in your browser.
