Councilmembers sworn in; appointments assigned

At the January 4th council meeting, Sue Dale was sworn in as first-time council member. Council Members Terry Smith and Jim Windham were also re-sworn in by Judge Steven Hathorn.

The Council also unanimously appointed the following:
  • David Strickland - City Attorney
  • Steven A. Hathorn - Municipal Court Judge
  • Quader Baig - Municipal Court Solicitor
  • Carol A. Poole - City Clerk / Treasurer
  • Clark R. Miller - Police Chief
