The City of Oxford has recently partnered with MCCI and Laserfiche to service Oxford's Records Retention needs.
State law requires the City to maintain documents for certain periods of time and make them available to the public upon request. Currently Oxford's documents are kept in fireproof safes, but will soon be integrated into our new computer system that will enable full-search capability of every document on file. -- Even Ordinances!
