Mayor Roseberry announced that the purpose for the Public
Hearing was to consider a variance request from Oxford College to construct an
addition to Oxford’s former dining hall within the 20-ft build-to line
prescribed in the City’s code. This is
for the new Campus Life Center building to be located at the intersection of
Pierce Street and Wesley Street. Mayor Roseberry asked if there was anyone who
wanted to speak in favor of, or in opposition of the variance request. With no comments in favor or against the
request, the public hearing was adjourned at 6:02pm.
Respectfully Submitted;
Stacey Mullen
Deputy City Clerk
