1. Opening - The Downtown Development Authority
2. * Approval of Minutes - The minutes for February 10, 2020 are attached.
3. Follow Up Discussion of Partnership with Oxford College - The DDA will follow up on their discussion with Dean Hicks regarding potential options for the DDA to collaborate with Oxford College on the town center development along SR 81/Emory Street.
4. E. Clark Street Road Improvement Project - The FY2020 Capital Budget includes funds to make significant road improvements to E. Clark Street. The property was originally aquired by the city to complete the road improvements, but the city has since deeded the land to the DDA. The city is seeking to complete the project and is requesting input from the DDA.
