→ Oxford College Canopy Conference – Oxford College is hosting a College Canopy Conference on Wednesday, September 14th. We have attached a copy of the agenda.
→ East Clark Street – Our contractor, Ace Kimble Services, is making progress demolishing the two buildings on East Clark.
→ Sewer Project – Robert Jordan is making progress with the plans for the extension to the sewer system along Emory. He walked the project and reviewed the plans in detail with Jody Reid and Scottie Croy on Wednesday. The purpose was to make sure everything was where it was supposed to be, to review several alternatives that will save costs, and to find some additional information.
→ Oxford College Move In Day – The freshmen moved in Friday. Here is a picture of the orientation student helpers (PALs) having lunch at city hall Monday along with a couple of pictures of the move in traffic and Mayor Roseberry welcoming the new students and their parents to Oxford Friday afternoon.
